We are more than happy to assist you by phone for general inquiries! However, to maintain the integrity of the Geographic Firewall, all actionable requests—including changes to mail delivery, forwarding instructions, or vault access—must be verified.
To request a change:

Requests from unverified numbers or third-party emails will be flagged and denied to protect our Members' privacy.
