We are more than happy to assist you by phone for general inquiries! However, to maintain the integrity of the Geographic Firewall, all actionable requests—including changes to mail delivery, forwarding instructions, or vault access—must be verified.
To request a change:
TEXT US: Use the verified mobile number on your Membership Profile.
EMAIL US: Use the primary email address associated with your Form 1583.
Requests from unverified numbers or third-party emails will be flagged and denied to protect our Members' privacy.

NEW INQUIRIES: Please use the support email to request a Member Application. All applicants are subject to a security vetting process.
EXISTING MEMBERS: Please refer to your Encrypted Onboarding Packet for your dedicated 24/7 text and voice lines. Remember: Actions are only taken from verified numbers on file.
