DYVERSION TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “Client,” or “You”) and BUSINESS PAPERWORK, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company (“DYVERSION,” “We,” “Us,” or “The Facility”). By applying for a membership, paying an application fee, or utilizing our secure mail services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. NO ARBITRATION; JURISDICTION & VENUE

STRICT ADHERENCE: BUSINESS PAPERWORK does not utilize mandatory arbitration. Both parties explicitly waive any right to forced arbitration.

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

• Exclusive Venue: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the State or Federal courts located in Oklahoma. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

3. THE "GHOST FACILITY" MODEL

BUSINESS PAPERWORK operates as a Closed-to-the-Public Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) located on private property.

• Privacy & Access: Our facility is not a retail storefront. There is no public access. Unauthorized entry onto the property is considered trespassing.

• Federal Compliance: Per USPS regulations, we cannot release, scan, or forward mail until a USPS Form 1583 is completed, notarized, and approved by our security team.

4. IDENTITY NEUTRALIZATION & LOGISTICS PROTOCOL

By activating a DYVERSION Vault and authorizing payment to BUSINESS PAPERWORK, the Member grants express authorization for the following mandatory privacy and sanitization measures on all incoming items:

• 4.1. Privacy Shielding: To maintain the integrity of the Geographic Firewall, all inbound parcels are processed through our secure 160-acre facility. We act as the definitive terminal point for the original sender's tracking data.

• 4.2. Visual Safety Inspection: We reserve the right to perform a high-level visual inspection of package exteriors and, if necessary, contents. This protocol is strictly to ensure the physical safety of our facility and to verify compliance with federal shipping regulations.

• 4.3. Digital Breadcrumb Removal: Before an item is cleared for final forwarding, we perform a "Label Neutralization" process. This includes the removal of original shipping labels, exterior invoice sleeves, or manufacturer packaging that contains the Member’s name, original tracking metadata, or digital breadcrumbs.

• 4.4. The 6-Month Chain of Custody: Due to federal CMRA forwarding requirements and the specialized nature of our identity-masking protocol, all security measures remain active for a mandatory minimum term of 6 months. This ensures a consistent, unbroken "Air-Gap" between the origin point and the Member's private residence.

5. FEES AND DELIVERY PENALTIES

Application Fee: A non-refundable $500 security vetting fee is required for all new high-profile accounts.

Monthly Vault: $369 Billed 6 or 12 months (or as otherwise agreed in your specific tier).

6-12-Month Minimum: All members are subject to a mandatory 6-12-month service commitment.

No-Refund Policy: Due to the specialized allocation of security personnel, facility space, and hardware resources, all fees (including any Application/Setup fee and monthly subscriptions) are strictly non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew annually unless written notice is provided 60 days prior to the term expiration. 

A. Baseline Processing & Sanitization

• Standard Outside Package Scan (Default): $10.00/item. Every item entering the facility undergoes a mandatory external electronic sweep.

• Digital Mail/Document Scan: $2.00/item. High-resolution Image conversion of letter mail.

• Secure Shredding/Destruction: $2.00/item. Cross-cut industrial shredding with a Certificate of Destruction available upon request.

B. The "Deep Sweep" Protocol

• Inside & Outside Deep Sweep: $25.00/item. This is our signature security service. We open the exterior shipping container and perform a multi-point electronic sweep of the actual contents using professional detection equipment. We identify "bugs," trackers, or passive electronics hidden within the physical goods.

C. Outbound & Logistics

• Package Relabel & Forward: $5.00/item. Includes removing "digital breadcrumbs" (original tracking numbers) and applying a fresh DYVERSION outbound label.

• Priority Next-Day Outbound: $25.00 + Carrier Costs. Expedited handling for items that need to leave the Vault immediately.

D. "Unidentified Mail" (Non-Member) Penalties

Any mail or package delivered to our facility for an individual or entity without an active, paid membership and a filed Form 1583 is subject to:

• Secure Vault Storage: $50.00/day.

• Unauthorized Handling/Identification Fee: $100.00/item.

• Mandatory Outside Scan: $10.00. (Applied before any item is released or returned).

• Return to Sender: Items not claimed or "vetted" within 10 days will be returned to the USPS or carrier at the sender's expense.

6. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of our private ranch address (e.g., listing the address online without a PMB number or using it for fraudulent business listings) causes irreparable harm to our facility’s privacy. You agree to Liquidated Damages of $500.00 per violation for any unauthorized public disclosure of the facility’s specific location or improper address usage.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BUSINESS PAPERWORK provides a "Best Efforts" security sweep. While we use professional-grade hardware to detect threats, we do not warrant that 100% of all tracking or surveillance technology will be detected. You agree to release and hold harmless BUSINESS PAPERWORK from any liability regarding missed signals or carrier-inflicted damage during the forwarding process.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any account "For Cause" immediately if a Member’s behavior is deemed threatening to our staff, or if we have a reasonable basis to suspect the account is being used for illegal activity.

9. NOTICES & 24/7 SECURITY COMMUNICATIONS

Security doesn't sleep from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and neither does the Geographic Firewall.

• Consent to Electronic Notice: You agree that all notices, agreements, and security alerts sent via email, text, or the DYVERSION portal satisfy all legal requirements for written communication.

• Emergency & After-Hours Waiver: Because we prioritize immediate threat detection, you expressly consent to receive communications at any time, including between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. in your local time zone. You hereby waive any cause of action regarding the timing of these communications, whether they concern a security breach, a missed payment, or a vault renewal.

10. MODIFICATIONS & "EVOLVING THREAT" UPDATES

The world of surveillance changes fast. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms or the Sanitization Protocols at any time to combat new tracking technologies.

• Acceptance by Use: Your continued use of the Vault and our sweeping services following any update constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the new Terms.

• Service Limits: We may impose limits on certain features (like package size or frequency of sweeps) without prior notice to maintain facility integrity.

11. FORCE MAJEURE (RANCH & GLOBAL PROTECTIONS)

Neither BUSINESS PAPERWORK nor the CEO shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Natural Elements: Earthquakes, storms, or ranch-specific weather events.

• Infrastructure: Power outages, telecommunications failures, or satellite interference.

• Global/Legal: Acts of God, pandemics, riots, acts of terrorism, or government orders.

12. OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE & PROPERTY NOTICE

DYVERSION IS A REGISTERED FEDERAL COMMERCIAL MAIL RECEIVING AGENCY (CMRA). As a federally regulated facility under USPS Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 508.1.8, we are mandated to maintain strict control over all mail and packages entering this property.

A. NO PUBLIC ACCESS

THIS FACILITY IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. DYVERSION does not maintain a retail storefront or a public lobby. Access is restricted to authorized security personnel and vetted DYVERSION members by appointment only. There are no exceptions.

B. OKLAHOMA TRESPASSING NOTICE

This property is protected under the Strict Laws of the State of Oklahoma, including but not limited to Oklahoma Statutes Title 21 § 1835 (Criminal Trespass) and Title 21 § 1289.25 (Stand Your Ground/Castle Doctrine).

• Notice: Any individual entering this private property without express written authorization or a pre-scheduled security appointment is TRESPASSING.

• Prosecution: Unauthorized entry will be met with immediate law enforcement notification and full criminal prosecution.

C. FEDERAL PACKAGE INTERCEPTION

Any package delivered to this gate or left on this property by an unauthorized party (non-member) is subject to Federal CMRA Identification Protocols.

• Because we are a high-security facility for pro athletes and high-profile targets, every item left on this property is treated as a potential security threat.

13. ASSIGNMENT & FEEDBACK

• Assignment: You may not transfer your membership or "Ghost Address" to another party without our written consent. We may assign this agreement (for example, if we move the "Vault" to a larger ranch).

• Feedback License: If you suggest a new security feature or a way to improve the sweep process, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that idea to protect all our members.

14. BUSINESS IDENTITY AND FACILITY RELOCATION

BUSINESS PAPERWORK operates as a mailbox agent with specialized security and privacy utility. To maintain the "Geographic Firewall" and the safety of our Members, we reserve the following rights regarding our operational identity and location:

• Business Name & Branding: The trade name, brand identity, and entity name of the service may change at any time without prior notice. Such a change does not invalidate any existing membership, signed USPS Form 1583, or the terms of this Agreement.

• Facility Relocation: We reserve the right to move the physical "Vault" and mailing intake location.

  • Standard Notice: We will endeavor to provide Members with thirty (30) days' notice of any change to their designated Ghost Address.

  • Emergency Relocation: In the event of a security breach, a threat to the facility’s privacy, or a government mandate, we reserve the right to change the mailing location immediately and without prior notice.

• Member Responsibility: Upon notification of an address change, it is the Member’s sole responsibility to update their senders and "Brand Deal" partners. BUSINESS PAPERWORK is not liable for mail sent to a decommissioned address following the notice period.

15. BINDING ACCEPTANCE & PROPERTY CONVERSION

This Agreement is activated and legally binding upon the occurrence of any of the following "Trigger Events":

• Digital Acceptance: Continuing to use DYVERSION.com, website or member portal.

• Compliance Filing: The submission of a USPS Form 1583 or a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Financial Commitment: The processing of any application fee, membership dues, or service charges.

DE FACTO CONVERSION: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any and all packages, mail, or physical items left on, delivered to, or abandoned at the DYVERSION facility/property—regardless of whether a prior contract exists—immediately "convert" the owner of said items to these Terms and Conditions.

• Delivery to this private property constitutes an irrevocable agreement to pay all associated Section 5 fees, including the $100 Unauthorized Handling Fee and $50/day Secure Vault Storage, before any item is released or returned.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

These Terms, along with your signed USPS Form 1583, represent the entire agreement between you and Business Paperwork. If an Oklahoma court finds any single provision invalid, the rest of the "Firewall" remains in full force and effect.
