VAULT COMMITMENT & COMPLIANCE

Minimum Service Term: 6 Months

At DYVERSION, we do not offer "trial" or short-term month-to-month plans. Due to the high-security nature of our Geographic Firewall and our strict adherence to federal mail handling protocols, all Vault activations require a 6-month minimum commitment.

Why the 6-Month Minimum?

• Logistical Continuity: Federal guidelines often require a 6-month forwarding window for closed accounts. We bake this into our service to ensure your "Ghost Address" doesn't "break" the moment you stop paying.

• The "Legacy" Standard: We are not a temporary P.O. Box. We are a Permanent Security Asset. Our business operations are optimized for long-term protection, not high-turnover retail mail.

• Vetting Integrity: Initial 6-month term ensure that only serious, high-profile clients enter our perimeter. You can choose 6 months or 12 Months at checkout

A. Baseline Processing

• Digital Mail/Document Scan: $2.00/per item. High-resolution Image conversion of letter mail.

• Secure Shredding/Destruction: $2.00/per item. Cross-cut industrial shredding with a Certificate of Destruction available upon request.

B. Outbound & Logistics

• Package Relabel & Forward: $5.00/item. Includes removing "digital breadcrumbs" (original tracking numbers) and applying a fresh DYVERSION outbound label.

• Priority Next-Day Outbound: $25.00 + Carrier Costs. Expedited handling for items that need to leave the Vault immediately.

C. "Unidentified Mail" (Non-Member) Penalties

Any mail or package delivered to our facility for an individual or entity without an active, paid membership and a filed Form 1583 is subject to:

• Secure Vault Storage: $50.00/day.

• Unauthorized Handling/Identification Fee: $100.00/item.

• Return to Sender: Items not claimed or "vetted" within 10 days will be returned to the USPS or carrier at the sender's expense.
